You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Health and personal care items.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
